Caterers are allowed on property 3 hours before a reception (no exceptions).
Florists are allowed on property 1 hour before a wedding (no exceptions).
-Roman Catholic Weddings :
Roman Catholic weddings not permitted by Roman Catholic Church
This is not our restriction.
Can book Franciscan Friar, Catholic Mission or Reformed Catholic Priest .
-Chapel
Bride or Groom must be baptized christian before a ceremony in the Chapel.
Choosing an area
Is determined by the number of guests.
-Dancing
Permitted in the Cloisters, Chapter House, & Prayerwell area.
-Horses & Carriage
Permitted in the Gardens.
-Maps
We have maps you can duplicate for your invitations, a map on the back page of this brochure plus personalized directions on our web-page.
-Parking
Parking is provided in the front lot. It is suggested that you arrange for security during your event. We are not responsible
for your vehicle.
-Priests
Bride negotiates stipend with priest personally.

-Security Deposit
Required one month before event. Bride is responsible for informing the caterer about the security deposit. Bride is required to assign person to oversee cleanup to insure return of deposit. Security deposit does not and will not cover additional hours requested.
-Holiday Decorations
The Chapel is decorated the 2nd Tuesday of December, through January 6, decorations will not be removed. All crosses will be covered on Palm Sunday, through Holy Saturday.
